It is suitable for miniaturized devices such as smartphone camera modules and medical endoscopes. • Fine line fabrication capability: Chaosheng Electronics has LDI laser etching machine equipment, which can achieve a minimum line width and line spacing of 15 μ m in the production of high multi-layer HDI IC substrates. It can produce 16 layers of arbitrary order HDI and meet the requirements of high-end IC substrates for fine lines and multi-layer structures, helping to improve the integration and performance of the substrate.
